Bring your Star Wars themed rocket along and fly it. There's the prize of a rocket kit for the best entry.

The launch will start at 1030 from the Redwick site. NOTAM is in place for 3000 ft. Details, maps and updates can be found on the club website www.fogrocketry.org.uk

Don't forget to join us at the Rose Inn afterwards.

All the top UK vendors will be on site to cater for all your flying needs, ROCKETS & THINKS, ROCKET STORE, CONGREVE ROCKETS and APOLLO 11 Model Rocketry.
A food tent will also be on hand serving tea, coffee, cold drinks, hot food, snacks, crisps, treats etc.
The event will also have Male and female toilet/wash facilities. The event marquee with its tables for hire will be on hand as usual.

Sorry for delay, but just realised that I had missed this one out of the calender!

BK will be flying from their Oxhill site on Sunday 17th May. All the usual facilities, such as a willing RSO and a super sized launch area. Local Hostelry for those after flying de-briefs and some good nosh as well.

Start time will be 10.30 and end-ex at 17.00 or when we run out of motors, which ever is the latter!

All are welcome!

The Royal Aeronautical Society continue their series of public lectures with "The Dream off Flying: Jet-Wing Across The Channel" which will be given by Yves Rossy, the man who flew across the channel on his own jet powered wings.

Doors open 17:30 on Tuedsay 26th May 2009 for refreshments followed by a 18:00 start for the lecture.
