CA is short for Cyano-Acrylate - the chemical name for plain old Superglue. Superglue comes in various consistencies from thin to thick and is available from most DIY or hobby shops.

CA should not be used as the main adhesive for the construction of High Power Rockets, since it is brittle, and lacks the strength of epoxy resin.
