I have got epoxy stuck on my hands, how do I remove it?

Some unusual, but successful ways of removing epoxy from fingers include washing up liquid and either a few heaped teaspoons of sugar or washing powder. it would seem that the sugar or washing powder act as an abrasive to remove the epoxy. Remarkably, this method does seem to work well, although after thoroughly cleaning the skin afterwards, it is a good idea to use a moisturiser to moisturise the skin.

It is a good idea to wear disposable gloves when using epoxy resin, precisely to avoid this type of situation.

Be aware that epoxy is a skin irritant, and sensitivity can get worse with time and exposure.
