(Almost) Free Money from UKRA!
In an idea shamelessly stolen from Michiana Rocketry in the US (who seem to have shamelessly stolen it from PML way back in the distant past) UKRA has decided to try a new approach in securing a site on which to hold national launch events – appealing to the greed of the average rocketeer!
We are going to offer a reward of £200 (or 5 years free UKRA membership) to whoever brings us the best site. The site must:

The Rules of the game are pretty simple; complete all of the above, send details to UKRA by whatever method you like and in late May the UKRA Council will pick a short-list of sites to visit. In late June Council will pick a winner based on all of the above, the site visit and initial negotiations with landowners.
It may be that from this process more than one site is identified as being suitable... if this happens Council may, at their discretion, give the reward to both the first AND second choice sites.
Council's decision in awarding this reward is final and no negotiations or discussions will be entered in to. Winners will be selected on the listed criteria primarily, but other factors – as yet undetermined – may also be considered.
