Clubs may affiliate with the BMFA and, hence, with UKRA by filling in and returning the following document to the BMFA HQ;

EDIT:- Forgot to mention... the Kiddies and Vulnerable Adults document can be a simple statement that all such persons must be accompanied at all launches and at all times by parent / carer / legal guardian who is ultimately responsible for their safety and well-being.

Clubs can go further and elect to have various officers / members CRB checked (through the BMFA) if required, though in all honestly I cant ever recall as a club officer and / or RSO ever being asked to take sole charge of a child, nor such a situation ever just happening so I am not sure how many people will want to take this up.
