Any member who wishes to stand for Council should send their nominations to the Secretary before the 26th of August.

Any member who wishes to submit a proposed alteration to the constitution, should submit these to the Secretary before the 4th of September.

Any member who wishes to submit a matter of general business for the Agneda, should submit these to the Secretary before the 4th of September.
