Appeal for lost property post IRW 2010.

Dear friends and fellow rocketeers.

Post IRW 2010 it has become apparent that Andy Norrie, one of the Organisers of the event, and SARA Member, and who was present throughout this year's IRW, has lost some property in the course of the event.

The missing items are ~

A small, compact video camera, just newly purchased by Andy,

and a Multitool.

Andy believes that these items went missing sometime between/during the BBQ in the Barn at South Whittlieburn Farm on the Sunday night (29th August), and on the Monday (30th August) when most of us, excepting earlier departees, were packing up and clearing out from the Barn.

It may be that someone has inadvertently packed these items up in their own kit. Things do get a bit hugger mugger in the Barn by the time of the weekend of the IRW, and in that situation mistakes can be made.

Perhaps not all of you who were at the IRW have yet unpacked everything after getting home from the event, and it is therefore just possible that someone all unknowingly has the items that Andy is missing packed away in their own IRW 2010 kit.

If you find that you do, by mistake, have these items please let me know, in confidence if you prefer. My full conatct details - e-mail adresses, Mobile phone number, and Postal address are all on the Contact page of the IRW 2010 web pages which are still up at ~

www.irw.rocketry.org.uk

If you can assist in any way in this matter, please do get in touch.

While we are on this subject, if anyone else has any items that they took with them to, or purchased while at IRW 2010, which went missing at the IRW, please let me know.

In my own clearing up in the Barn at South Whittlieburn Farm, and I was the last one out of the building, I did not find and extraneous or left behind items.

Thank you.

Yours sincerely,

John Bonsor,
IRW 2010 Organiser.
