UKRA has had a very difficult time of late, so we felt that it was very important for us to announce actions not empty promises. For this reason, we have been very busy behind the scenes.

We had a 35% response rate on the survey and after analysing all the results, the council has thought long and hard about how to proceed with members desires.
Whilst we acknowledge that there are quite a few issues that require attention, we wanted to concentrate on the ones that the members felt their "Top 5" priorities to be.
With this in mind, the council will focus its effort to deliver the following
priority list -

1. Insurance
2. Safety
3. Legal Guidance
4. Membership Management
5. National Event

The survey has been very useful. However, we wanted to respond not only with the results but also positive news on what we have been doing about them.

We have two working parties meeting over the weekend to continue working on these issues and will make a further announcement before Christmas.
