EARS Launch followed by the EARS AGM.
The last launch of the season followed by the EARS Annual General Meeting. The AGM will be held at a new venue, the Pendragon Community Primary School in Papworth Everard, following the refurbishment of the Papworth Hotel as a Chinese Restaurant.
The AGM will be as soon after 5-30pm as everyone has arrived.
Important the school is a No Smoking site. You cannot smoke anywhere on the premesis inside or out.
It will be followed by the traditional end of season meal which will be at the new Papworth Hotel Chinese Restaurant.
