As you probably know, April 12 is the anniversary of Yuri Gagarin's flight into space. Each year since 2001, this has been celebrated around the globe as Yuri's Night (http://www.yurisnight.net).

This year Chris Welch has been working with stand up comedian Helen Keen and writer Mirium Underhill on a 50-minute space-themed show called "It Is Rocket Science!" for the Edinburgh Fringe in August. Before then, though, they have decided to give the show its first 'test flight' in Camden on Yuri's Night. Details are as follows:

Date: Saturday 12 April.
Time: 7.30 pm
Address: Etcetera Theatre, 265 Camden High Street
Tickets: £3

See http://etceteratheatre.com/page.php?pageID=2#show12 for more info.

The theatre is upstairs over The Oxford Arms and is *very small* and there are only about 35 tickets on sale. The show is is going to be plugged in Time Out next week, so if you want to buy tickets, don't leave it too long.

After the show, Yuri's Night celebrations will continue in the pub. You are encouraged make it a party and come in fancy dress. There's prizes.
