Aircraft Holding Stack over EARS

As some of you may know there's a proposal to introduce an aircraft holding stack over the EARS site. The proposal is part of public consultation being conducted by NATS (National Air Traffic Services). The proposed stack has the potential to significantly limit the altitude of flights from the site - so EARS and UKRA are in negotiations with NATS into ways that higher flights can continue.

NATS have asked for information about the height, duration and landing position of rocket flights from EARS - so if you have flown above 5,000ft from the EARS site could you contact me using the NATS Info contact form to let me know the details. It would useful to know (approximately):

• when it was
• how high it went
• where it landed
• and if it was single or dual deployment.

I'd like to get the information off within a few days - so please don't delay in responding if you can help.
