Dear UKRA Members,

The UKRA Council is pleased to announce the 2022 Annual General Meeting. Following the record attendance at last year’s meeting we will again be holding the meeting online via Zoom.

The link will be posted, and provided directly to all UKRA Members via email, prior to the meeting with the agenda and any other papers.

Nominations for Council positions are requested – to be communicated to the Secretary at least four (4) weeks prior to the AGM, so should be submitted before the 19th October 2022 . The Constitution provides for eight Council Members.

At present we have eight members –

Chair – Paul Carter (Safety & Technical Committee Member)
Vice Chair – Stuart Livings
Secretary – Andy Calver (Safety & Technical Committee Member)
Treasurer – Mike Hoffman
Ronald Hatcher
Ben Jarvis
Aaron McNeil
Daniel Innes (resigned September 2022
Ian Lewis (from September 2022)

The AGM can hear, consider, and vote on alterations for changes to the Constitution.

Proposals for any such changes should be communicated to the Secretary in writing (letter or e-mail, or letter attached with e-mail) at least two (2) weeks prior to the AGM.
